Delivery and returns
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal mail 1st class,
We have 3 postal options to choose from:
1. Tracked 48 postage within the UK has a set price of £2.99 for any size order, and requires a signature.
2. 1st class non tracked postage for £1.99, no proof of dispatch or delivery given. (UK only)
3. Rest of the world tracked and signed postage, costs vary country to country, (Europe £8.99, rest of the world £9.99)
We do also offer FREE postage with orders over £39.99, UK only, please ask for a quote for international postage.
If you choose to ship via "Tracked 48" delivery we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
All postal fees include packing and handling.

We are now delivering worldwide, your package will be sent via royal mail airmail, and will be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment, expected delivery is after 5 days but please allow at least 28 days for delivery.

All our keys are fully tested before dispatch and as such returns are not accepted as a rule. but please do contact us if you have any problems or concerns, returns will be at your cost, this does not affect your statutory rights.
